In the video you'll notice one thing, the fighter performing the drill is bouncing on his feet notice how is head pops up as he comes forward. There are two ways for countering this aggression 1. Is a short 1-2 combo. The second is the left hook.

This the fight of Clinton woods the only fight he was ko'd. see Clinton bouncing around as RRJ catches him with the left hook. Notice how RJJ head didn't pop up.
Boxing is timing, leverage and inches.

Ricky Hatton ko'd by mayweather look at the similarities as the rope drill in the first post video! It's the same movement with Hatton bouncing on his toes and moving his head. Mayweather was able to time hatton's head popping up. Keep your head down even while moving forward.

To be fair he does have resistance bands on and u can see him forcing his foot down as he comes fwd. This could be half the reason hes bouncing.
We used to use the same set up as they are doing with the bands. But we havnt used them for yrs now. Why have resistance on your feet on the transverse axis? Theres better ways to add resistance to ur punching we learned
