Noon: Apple, Bannana 4.30PM: Chicken salad wrap 8.30PM: Spaghette Bolgnese There you go RDJ Had another two hours in the gym, and pretty much the same diet but with fish and past for supper.
Seriously, is that all? Are you making weight at this moment? Because that is practically nothing mate. IMO you could improve a lot on diet, there are some real gains to be made there.
Have a fight in two weeks, sitting around 65kgs, got to make 64kgs. I feel I train better when I'm hungry so I stay reasonably hungry.
