24/7 is edited and most likely scripted, bad foundation to draw and make a conclusion from.

It's because Marquez wants the fight badly before he hung up his gloves.

This fight doesn't get my heart rate up either to be completely honest.....but I'd watch it.

You're bit over dramatic with the different ways this fight will play out. ALL the fights were very close.....In reality the series should look like 1-1-1 if you are unbiased.

There were no robberies in anyone of the fights....aside from the first one where the fight was actually TAKEN from PAC based on a mathematical error by one judge.

If PAC or JMM win legitimately in a 4th meeting it would be great...I don't think anyone can question that PAC is the better fighter based on his ring accomplishments however....JMM's style and skills have always presented Manny with his most difficult tests.

A lot of great fighters have rivals...who may not have accomplished as much, but took them through hell in rematches, trilogies or more.

Let's see PAC and Floyd finally.....it's a little late but it's still the fight everyone wants to see....we're just tired of waiting and the let down.

I think the best outcome for this fight is if it ends in a KO. if this fight goes to points it will likely be another close fight and the loser will scream robbery. if this fight ends in a knockout, then at least there will be no controversy as to who won the fight this time.

Bladebummer you'd will literally argue anything.

I thought you agree with me on this that mannys excuses of taking maquez lightly are aload of rubbish.

He looked in excellent shape and condition. Ad yes it is edited, but still, there's noreason to fake an excellent camp in a fight thaat was expected to be a mismatch. If anything they'd fake a poor camp to get more interest in the bout potentially being competetive.

U dumb idiot that isn't an ownage.

Owning someone is when you clearly prove what they said wrong with sources to back your opinion.

You *******s are always getting owned and I enjoy picking on you.

i'd do a lifetime bet with anyone that JMM doesn't get robbed in this fight.

No chance will judges want that type of publicity. If anything public pressure will lead to favouritism toward Marquez in the close rounds here. Yet another reason why i'm going to be betting on a Marquez close decision.

Brilliant. Although i think the PEDS would have killed PACman before fight 50.

"Robbed" is up to the viewer. It's when you have 71% of fans in boxing polls on the internet that have Manny losing, that is a robbery. So there would be no way to measure that. If Manny wins, YOU may think it was not a robbery, but if 71% of fans and media have it a robbery and fans are walking out of the arena saying Manny lost when he got the decision, would you consider that a robbery?

I'll take the bet too. We can go off polls. If we have the same sort of feeling on the 4th fight as we did on the 3rd fight then that would be a robbery.

The 3rd fight was a clear robbery do you agree? It was as clear a robbery as Bradley Pacquiao in my book, but Marquez does not have Bob Arum to back him up for items such as this.

i've told you already i scored it a draw, And thought it was a close fight, that if i had to go one way, i'd give the nod to marquez.

The word robbery is thrown around whey to often in a sport where close fights happen all the time,

But for the sake of my point here. If its considered a close fight like last time, then Marquez will get the benefit of the doubt.

Even if Manny scrapes it this time, i think Marquez will get the benefit of the doubt too

71% thinking Marquez, 29% thinking Manny is not a robbery.

It means Marquez deserved the nod yes, but not a robbery. As it was possible to score the fight to Manny if you prefered his work. Boxing is a subjective sport, And it was possible to score 7 or even 8 rounds to Manny in that fight.

I seem to remember on my score card something like 2 or 3 obvious rounds each in that fight, and 6/7 or even 8 rounds that you could score either way depending what you like.

There is always a range of scores in fights where one fighter lands more, throws more and is the aggressor. But the other fighter lands more eye catching shots, it will always leave for debate.

I agree, but there is that slim outside chance of Scenario 5:

Marquez catches Pacquiao with something that he doesn't have the legs to get up from anymore, scoring the surprise KO.

That would cancel out the first three. No better way to clear up a long saga of judging controversy than to take it out of the judges' hands.

Oh, boxing is a subjective sport and down to whose work you prefer, when it's convenient, huh?

Marquez beat Pacquiao more clearly than Pacquiao beat Bradley. :hi:

:patsch Not even close homie.... Tim was beaten soundly by at least 5 rounds...and that's generous. JMM on my card only edged PAC by 2 rounds...3 if you are a big JMM fan. There was NOTHING close about PAC vs TIM but the rubber match between JMM vs PAC was very compeitive throughout.

    You are wrong.

    Pacquiao 115-113 Bradley

    Marquez 116-112 Pacquiao
