Kessler pulls away in the 2nd half and stops ward around the 10th.

 

Kessler will win on points i think.Ward will do ok for a few rounds but cant see him winning.

Kessler will need a knockout to get a split decision, but he should be able to stop Ward. Still, Ward has the judges, referee, commentators, venue, etc. Kessler much be very confident coming into Wards backyard.

 

It's either going to be a knockout for Kessler or a UD/MD for Ward. I lean towards the Kessler KO.

 

how good is Wards jaw? has he ever been down or stunned? havent been able to find any thing online that gives me answers

Rocked in his second pro fight vs Kenny Kost and was dropped by Darrnell Boone. But as someone that thought he sucked and would never make it past a gatekeeper he has improved 1000% since then and as he moved up in weight and got older his chin seems to have gotten sturdier.

it probably wont be as cut n dry as people think...

it all depends on who establishes there will early on,i can see ward being the busier fighter and the rounds going to whoever lands the more effective punches which has to be kessler,i think ward starts well but kessler gains centre ring mid rounds and starts to pick his shots,i dont rate wards power but i do rate his ability,it will be your classic style clash,question is will they gel!!!

 

i had it closer than the hopkins one too....

still had it for calzaghe by a good 4 rounds....

 

i think Kessler is going to win... but im not all that confident
