After four month break I'm going to get back into it and I'm going to train harder than ever since I really want this... I work mon/wed/friday/sat/sun... Tuesday and Thursday will be a relax day with just home work outs as well as long jogs and sprints. Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun will be gym days.. Consisting of: 3 + Shadow Boxing with 16oz gloves 3 + Heavy Bag rounds 3 + Speed Bag rounds 3 + UpperCut Bag rounds 3 + Double-End Bag rounds Also with exercise such as Ab work, Push ups, Resistance machines. I will be trying to spar atleast 2 times a week. ( If anyone is wondering why I'm posting so much lately is because I'm trying to liven up this forum =p )
