Eat more food and look up Starting Stength by Mark Rippletoe. Your bench numbers mean nothing. Why did you even say that? How much do you deadlift and squat?

Bench press doesn't really mean much at all when it comes to mass, that's why I asked you how much you squat and deadlift. Seeing as you completely ignored that question I'm guessing you don't do the 2 best muscle building exercises you can possibly do?

How about you just do some cardio to lower your bodyfat so you look bigger? Ugh I feel dirty giving people advice on how to look pretty for summer.

No, actually, **** this **** and **** you. This is a boxing forum and all this **** about 'how do I make myself pretty so all the dudes at the beach will look at me and want to take me to a gay bar' bull**** is out of place. You **** me off. I hate you.

  7. Your question kind of implies you're new to it all so i have to advise the best option is to sign up at the gym with a personal trainer.

Basically you just lift weights and rip up your muscle as much possible then rest it with some protein for rebuild. It's one of those things where you have to be in the environment to be on the same level. I don't recommend working out at home if you want decent results, the pressure the gym puts on you is affective.

i much rather working out at home where i can focus 100% on the lifting and not have to wait to use squat racks etc but i guess it depends what gym you go to and who you are with

  12. It also depends on whos going to correct your technique, or who's going to push you harder than you prepared to go, or get some real advice from credible sources or enjoy yourself in an age old social activity.

Good thing about being a member at a gym is the right people will usually only talk to serious people who stick to a schedule.
