You should really look into the results of people fasting and dieting, if you and Virus are right, every person should lose exactly same amount of weight after a 10 day fast, fact is it Varies so much from person to person.
Varies so much? Give us some numbers here. How many more calories do I burn per hour compared to yourself?
Until you post any of your 'countless' surveys and tests, stop referencing them because it means nothing.
My mom went on a 20 day maple syrup master cleanse and lost hardly any weight like 2-3 pounds. My brother did like a 10 day one and lost almost 20 pounds. Exact same cleanse my brother reccomended to her.
There's countless surveys saying that frogs turn into dragons at some point in their life. i.e. You can claim there's surveys for anything if you're not posting proof.
If what you say is true Virus, its just calories, the results of every fast or diet whether 10 day or 20 day , should be exact same results (weight loss) for every person in the human race. I guarantee thats wrong.
No one said every person in the human race. Obviously someone who's 6'8" 250 is going to have a different BMR than someone who is 4'11" 90 lbs. The point is two 165lb guys who are both about 5'9" are not gonna have very different metabolisms unless there's a medical condition. And I guarantee frogs turn into dragons.
no but virus said its insignificant for weight loss, fact is even if you lose a few more pounds after a 10 day fast than another guy. It becomes a factor and its also proof there is such a thing as metabolism.
Post the proof up... Don't bother if it's public serveys, they mean absolutely nothing on this subject.
At most you're probably talking a difference of a hundred or so calories a day. In the grand sceme of things that is insignificant. When you look at all the factors that can affect your weight, water retention, waste, food in stomach, clothes etc etc and look at actual weight loss i.e. muscle wastage/fat loss, the difference would be very small. I can guarantee most differences come down to water retention.
So more proof than 100,000 surveys is you guaranteeing something is wrong? :blood Now you're acting like somebody said metabolisms don't exist. atsch
And side note (even though it's the main point of this thread) even if what you think you say is correct donizhere, the answer is still the same to the original poster: cut cals or burn more through exercise. Even if you think people have some crazy metabolisms, like he burns 1000 cals a day or something, the answer to lose weight is still eat less, so your metabolism debate is basically irrelevant.
