best way to get the toxins out of the body other than running? I want to speed up the process. are there any good supplments known that work good out there?
Massage with Tiger Balm or Boxing Ointment (Thai, but you can get it off ebay). Just get your GF to really push hard on your shoulders / back, really pinching the muscles, so it almost hurts. Thai's train twice a day, 2 hours per session, 6 days a week and they all say it's due to the massage they are able to do it. Whilst I was in Thailand it deffinetly helped me

toxins is a pretty generic term. Most products claiming to "eliminate toxins from the body" are rip offs designed to scam new age hippies. just keep yourself well hydrated and eat good and you wont have many "toxins"
Your body deals with most "toxins" pretty well without much help needed. Just drink a decent amount of water and refrain from drinking poisons.
