Getting used to fighting seniors?

    There is a difference, yes, but I didn't notice much to it due to progressing in the strenght department at the same time. I wasn't strong as a junior, but I was much stronger when I became a senior. Just work on getting stronger and sparring seniors and you'll be fine. It's all a transaction phase you're going through. :good

    Its often described as the same difference when an open fighter spars a pro for the first time

    Bones grow harder with age, which means there is much less natural cushioning when you get hit by someone older. It's also one reason why you are more resistant to injury when younger, your bones are more springy.

    I love fighting seniors 'cause they're usually slow and easy to beat. Sucks when security kicks me out of the senior home though before I score the KO.
