Hinder.. Wlad's main problem is his lack of being fired up and being concentrated. Vitaly is always 100% concentrated and fired up. Wlad on the other hand is far more tranquil... If Haye gets Wlad mad then he may run into something that resembles Vitaly more than Wlad - and Haye really don't want that.
Vlad boxes well, very good boxer with skills. He knocks most of his opponent out. He will knock Haye out cold. Watch and see. Watch Vitali Vs. Hide.
I think it hurts Haye. Vlad is going to come out controlled and deliberate. He will probably bank on the fact that Haye is the smaller guy and cannot take a big mans punch.
Interesting, because I agree with you Chef. A lot of Americans like Wlad anyway, as you know, but IMO, he could "pick up" a hell of a lot more if once in a while the baddest man on the planet.....well, acted like the "Baddest Man on the Planet". You know? Could be small part of why he has a little trouble picking up the majority of the US fans imagination. He "needs" to get MEAN once in a while. All my opinion of course, sir, but the fans he does have I'm sure admire him for sticking to his principles and beliefs, and I'd bet he wouldn't lose those fans if he started putting a little spice on things to capture the minds of a whole lot more.:yep
No doubt about that. If I can speak "frankly" about it, one of his drawback to the US public may just be that he "seems" to be such a "gentle" giant. Like said above, IMO he'd get a lot MORE fans if when somebody "****s" with him, he went all "GANGSTER" on their ass.:deal To be clear though, I DO agree with you that no "smack talk" gets under his skin, as I'm sure he just laughs it all off.
Wlad looks at the **** talking or "barking like a dog" (as he calls it) as a compliment. He takes it as "im the #1 guy so thay all want me"....Haye is no different
