This is just how i talk to arsehole's like you mate, try not to take it too personal :D And as RDJ says, i was simply replying to what you said, after you jumped on advice i gave built on personal experience. (over 25 years worth)

Idiot's guide  That's just for dickhead's like you mate. Stick to boxercise or whatever ***gy form you do, that way there's no risk of taking a dig now and then is there.

F it. It isn't about winning or losing. It is just work. Just think, think, and think on it again. What the hell went wrong? Emotions should not come into the picture.

The more you spar and get your butt handed to you, most likely, you will begin to notice a theme. Jabs over yours. Counter uppercuts. Straight rights beating your hooks. Gassing. No answer when your power, reach, speed, etc... is not better. Etc... You just need to use that "theme" that puts you at the short end of the stick to be the focus of you improving your game.

It is seriously bad to be focused on "winning/losing" sparring sessions. Hell when you are "winning" you should focus on NOT using what is working! If your offense is unstoppable? Switch to D. If your jab is money? Start shooting the straight right. It is just work. Save "winning" and "losing" for REAL fights.
