Gevor got Robbed vs Sturm!

I thought Zbik-Spada was an even bigger robbery. I'd always thought the reputation Germany has for bad decisions was a bit exaggerated but both results last night were bad.

I gave Strum 4 rounds at the most and Zbik the same number against Spada.

How anyone can give Sturm Ring generalship is blind. Gevor put Sturm where ever he wanted in the ring. I'm still pissed for Gevor he deserved the win.

 

Gevor was clearly ahead after 6, but then he lost round after round and faded. Is that so difficult to see. I had the fight 114-114 but a win for Sturm as the Champ is no mistake. I rooted for Gevor because Sturm is a stupid clown, but Gefvor didnt do enough to win.

People who call that really a robbery are idiots...close fights can go either way.

 

The thing what's making it even more juicy is that two judges were American:nut That in itself is quite strange isn't it?:huh
I mean if there was 1 US judge ok, but 2? And who chose them?

Maybe the theory behind it was that if even those 2 American judges favour Sturm (who was according to many screwed by US judges against ODL), than it really must be a fair decision.

OR the American judges thought: ''Sturm was so screwed in the US that we just HAVE to go easy on him over here''.

As for myself, even though I hate Sturm and would've LOVED to see him getting KTFO, I still saw a pretty close fight.

 

Whatever the scoring was, that fight was puke. How two guys can go through 12 rounds of basic infighting with absolutely no pop in their punches and call it a world title bout is beyond me. Pavlik should have run this chump - and, for that matter, AA - out of the division long ago.

 

Then Ali had no legacy without pop....

What? They weren't even skillful punches; they were just patting each-others earmuffs the whole night. Terrible, terrible fight.

 

I watched the fight here on German TV along with other Germans, and we all agreed that Gevor won the fight. I thought that these Germans would automatically think Sturm won, but they all sat there saying "Gevor won it".

 

I watched the fight as well with some Germans and me and them are all active boxers and all of them said that it was a close fight either man could win. Sturm was the Champ so the close rounds are his....hell I don´t even like Sturm, but calling that fight a robbery is simply bogus....

 

Please be exact or don´t say anything. It was just a problem with one ear. Nothing serious he even went to the formula 1 race today.
