A german fighter got a gift decision in germany and your suprized why ??? This is the same old german judging
As a AA fan, even before this fight I always said he was the toughest fight arthur has had. I actually think if he was not KTFO, Gevor had a decent chance of a decision. Not calling a legitimate knockdown is embarassing not only to boxing but to German judging and refereeing.
From a neutral stand point, I would definitely say that Gevor won the fight 115-113. I can't believe a judge would give it to Strum. If Pavlik wants a fight with Sturm it can't be in Germany or he would have to knock him out to make sure he gets the win.
As a top 8 ESB prediction league picker, and former champ, and as someone that picked Sturm to win a UD...I agree with you. This one was competetive, but it was also a clear robbery.
If you watch this fight again, unbiased concerning fightstyle, round by round, without slow motions from zdf and the spectators noise, just counting the clear shots, then you`ll see that Gevor wasn´t just more busy, he in fact landed much more than Sturm.
I have to say how Gevor moved Sturm the whole night really impressed me i didn't think Gevor had such good movement
yeah, I don't even feel like arguing with most of these clowns. They just want to overblow this thing into something it was not in order to spin their bull****. For heaven's sake, even Goren's coach admitted that the decision was fair and Sturm won in the end.
