I don't know where he ranks but right now I think he is a lock HOFer and top 10 middleweight in history
Neck to neck with BHop, slightly give BHop the nod based on his victory over Trinidad.

I do think GGG will go down as one of the greatest middleweights of all time. :chuck:

6 replies and thread is not derailed yet... odd.

Golovkin definitely belongs up there with ATG’s, a bit sad that he didn’t get names like Martinez, Sturm even Cotto in the ring with him.

great Video like always but have to disagree with you. Golovkin should already have been full WBA Cahmp since at least the end of 2012. He was Felix Sturm's WBA belt challenger since 2009. Sturm ducked him for such a long time and then paid the WBA to make im Superchamp. So that would make 15 defenses of the real belt already for GGG at least in my opinion.

He has too, just like Klitschko is a great, they both didn't have the big name on their resume, that's all. They both dominated for too long not to be classed with the best ever

A few comparisons would make things interesting.

    GGG v Ward
    GGG v Calzaghe
    GGG v Barrera
    GGG v Kostya Tszyu

The number of title defenses is wrong, Geale was stripped of his title in november 2012, so since then GGG was the only WBA titlist. If you're splitting hairs, at least do it right ;)
