Do you guys know how many Mayweather/Pacquiao tickets were available at Stub Hub on the day of the fight? Close to 1000. Does that make everyone involved in that event...frauds?

That's how the ticketing industry works...a bunch of scalpers get early access and sell them at a higher prices and screwing over the average man. That happens in EVERY big event.

And let me remind people that many scalpers LOST money on Mayweather/Pacquiao because they couldn't sell the tickets even on the day of the fight.

Well, the way it usually works is the tickets go direct to promoter or their agent.

I can tell people from personally camping the Ticketmaster system that the tickets were available. Not every single one, and all camps always get tix and for all I know some get resold.

OP was trying to claim it was a majority, or at least a large number which anyone who actually looked can tell you it wasn't.
Every event that is popular gets resold, often times by a guy who just buys tickets and then goes "whoa those $100 tix might get $300, I don't need to go THAT bad"

Promoters don't buy tickets to their own events on the web, the tickets were available on the web, nor does it fit the MO or K2 and GBP who both try and deal in volume to build stars.

Floyd and Manny camps did it because they are already superstars in cash-out phase.

The whole idea for putting guys like GGG and Lemieux in arenas and not casinos in the first place is to get fans invested and build brands.

If you check most are sold out ROFL

Also the fact you think Ward is best ever at SMW completely undermines any credibility.

Full house at the big room in MSG is a bit under 22,000 I think.

So, less than 6,000 seats left to go for a sellout.

    Impressive.

they can't afford them. Wellfare doesn't cover boxing events.
