    No catch weight. I think Bhop was 156 or summat.

    He isn't 1-1 either really. He lost both his MW fights. One to a guy that clearly got beat by Macklin LOL

    I remember it being a catch weight but 156 I still class as middleweight.

    In theory just like Canelo's 155 fights being in theory middleweight fights.

    Agree with Sturm, as a fighter I had a soft spot for him but he arguably lost against both Mackie and Murray but he certainly beat ODLH.

    Wait, didn't you make an excuse that Oscar was a part timer when he was fighting certain fighters! Yet here u are citing & pumping up the Mayorga win, a guy who had only fought one fight (a bum) in nearly two years & who'd already lost to Spinks & Trinidad! Laughable character you.. :lol:

    This fight (ODH/Mayorga) had a combined inactivity of something like 4 years between the two :lol:

    As for Vargas, Trinidad softened Vargas up for fishnets! We are talking peak 160 GGG here not already battered or inactive WWs!

    ASSOL the clueless little puss...is using a 'beast' version of ODLH at 154 in a mythical H2H matchup with 3G at 160.. all the while ignoring exactly how ODLH looked...at 160?!?! Is this freaking idiot for reals?

    Beast 154 ODH! That's a laugh too.. inactive & already whooped Mayorga & post Trinidad never did anything again Vargas! Yh right...

    Vargas & Mayorga had had the bulk of there careers by that time, both were coming off brutal losses to Trinidad, Vargas hadn't fought in a year & Mayorga had fought a c level bum in nearly two years! Neither would go onto do anything again except fight each other! Beast ODH :lol:

    He was fighting inactive Trinidad leftovers, op is a clown!

    i can understand why they wouldnt want to go with a tall skilled southpaw after they trained for a short orthodox fighter but i would still love to see that fight for replacement

    After the recent news with the NSAC hearing, trolling GGG fans and throwing insults at them seems to be all that Canelo groupies have left.

    Lets put things into proper context son.

    Shall we start from the beginning so you can understand?

    This is a boxing forum. We discuss just about anything associated with boxing, and boxers. Am I right?

    Golovkin is a boxer, he is likely going to need an opponent for May 5th.. Do you follow me so far?

    Andrade a southpaw who challenged GGG (who again, may need an opponent for May 5th). GGG and his team have stated multiple times that no one wants to fight him. Right? So why not fight a good opponent like Andrade who is able and ready.

    We know that GGG and his team have refused to consider fighters like Erislandy Lara, Austin Trout, and Jermall Charlo despite them calling him out.

    Would you rather GGG fight another bum, welterweight, or no hoper, or as a fan would you not want to see GGG fight a formidable opponent such as Andrade..

    As a boxing fan, I hope to NEVER see GGG taking a soft opponent again, I think he has reach and surpassed his easy opponent quota long ago.

    With that said, Andrade is an interesting option. He is not as good as Canelo or Jacobs, but is game.

    So not sure why you are making these snarky comments that have very little to do with boxing in this thread. Are you seeking attention of some sort? I don't go out of my way to disrespect you, I actually go out of my way to give you respect since I've been posting with you since you were 16 years old and I've seen you grow.

    I hope that if the fight does get cancelled he chooses a top level fighter and not what we have been used to seeing him fight. GGG has been champion a very long time now, he should be ready for any kind of opponent imo. If its not money, or weight, or just flat out ignores challenges its something else, in this case its a fighting stance? Come on GGG.
