Abel Sanchez is looking to the financial side of things, what does Andrade bring to the table?
Before GGG became popular, he had a hard time getting an opponent and had to take a cut from his purse.
Today, GGG is a star, not a PPV star - yet. 1.3M belongs to Canelo @ 65%. So beating Canelo would
transend GGG, not in a Pacquiao or Mayweather level, but enough to warrant a PPV attraction.

So I like Andrade for one, but you know today's boxing is always business first.

As a quality poster that tries to keep the bias to the minimum then surely you'll hold Canelo to the same standard as well?

I have read it will be Andrade, then Saunders.................however, Golovkin should fight Charlo next, hell, Charlo beat up a cripple, that would make the fight really famous. Charlo the cripple beater vs. Golovkin!!!!!!!

Canelo has proven to continuously fight the best. I have no issues with fighters like that taking on tune ups here and there. What I don't like is when fighters fight a string of subpar competition, fight one good opponent in many years and continue fighting subpar competition despite real challenges being available.

Who are these best guys that's he's continuously fought?

Let's have a look shall we? Let's go from Cintron.

    Cintron:- 33-4-1 / 2-2-1 in his last 5 fights.

Mosley:- not fought in 12 months and was coming off that drubbing by Pac.

Lopez :- was coming off a Dec loss to Vargas 12 months earlier and was dragged up in weight.

    Trout:- solid win

    Mayweather; solid loss

Angulo; was 3-2 in his last 5 fights and then lost to de la Rosa in his next fight.

Lara; solid win, I thought Canelo nicked it 7-5.

Kirkland; hadn't fought in 17 month.

Cotto; solid win for the 160 title at the mythical 155 weight limit.

Khan; again not fought in 12 months, naturally far smaller and far glasses....made to step up to the mythical 155 weight.

Smith; never beaten anyone of note and probably never will.

Chavez jr; Had been fighting at 175 made to fight at 164 although Canelo himself was stepping up. Solid win for Canelo.

GGG; went the distance and got a gift draw.

So that's his last 13 opponent's including GGG, the 12 prior to GGG I'd consider only Lara, Trout (although I'm not high on him), Mayweather and Cotto as "the best" the rest are not I'm afraid.

@IsaL... Let me also put some context & dissect your 'best beast 154lb Oscar' BS too!

154 was not the best ODH! Mayorga? Let's look, by the time he'd fought Oscar he'd only fought 4 times in 2 & a half years all the while flip flipping up & down the weights cos he was so inept at keeping in shape! In those four fight's he had lost to a WW Cory Spinks & a MW Trinidad! All he would go onto would go onto do again (after Oscar) would beat a fellow shot & fat Latino (Vargas) at SMW!

Oh ya & he won a paper title against a euro leveller prior to Oscar! Wow! Trinidad had already pummeled him! End of. Mayorga was well on the slide! Fact!

Vargas? Had been out for a whole year & had already been pummeled by Trinidad too! There is nothing remarkable about this win for Oscar that could make one label him a beast! Hyperbole. Why? Vargas never did a thing from 2001 onwards! & even that Vargas was able to bully Oscar but gassed out & blew his wad!

You have rose tinted glass over ODH. That or you're a FMJ fan! Yes he's an ATG, so is Pac but he ain't beating peak GGG either! You call others box rec warriors, yet apply no context to the likes of Vargas, Mayorga & Oscar at 154 except simply to just cite there names! I have news for u... Oscars head & upper body movement is actually average, his footwork is good but he is kind of an upright fighter who was prone to moving in straight lines at times! He has a good jab but carries no real power at 160 & at 154 his power has to be called into question too because he stopped faded fighters! He would be a sitting duck for MW GGG!

He ain't no 154 beast! Very good 154lb fighter but beast? No... Peak GGG would clean the clocks of those versions of Mayorga & Vargas without breaking a sweat!

    You're a hater pure & simple.
