How can he be the most avoided fighter in the world when there are many top fighters lining up to fight him?? :huh :patsch

Austin Trout goes on record saying thay he wants to fight GGG and that GGG is avoiding Lara, and that he gets matched up with fiighters taylored made for GGG

It's either him or Rigo that's the most avoided.

He is a myth, and he is the most avoided fighter.
    Rigo is a close 2nd.

He is not avoided just carefully matched.

The HBO president really likes GGG and will fund any fight he has as long as he wins.

You don't have to believe it but they want GGG to be what Mayweather was before he left.

The most avoided fighter is the one with the most people who have avoided him.

Even if these claims you made are true and these fighters are serious about wanting to fight him that doesn't prove he isn't the most avoided fighter in boxing right now.

You're going to have to go through the full list until you to to a point where it's clear there is another fighter more avoided. That's not going to happen though because we don't see behind the scenes. All we know is that GGG has jumped into the path of many top level fighters and GGG is still here, while they are not.

Martinez wanted no part of him, same is true of Cotto, and now Canelo is circumventing.

    Floyd don't want any either.

Cotto, Canelo, Martinez, Sturm, Geale, Mundine, N'Dam N'Jikam they all ducked Golovkin.

Canelo should fight him at 160 lbs but he would fight him at 155lbs to be fair.

Floyd is retired and a welterweight.

Cotto should have fought him but again all 3 of these guys are best at weights below 160 lbs.

    How is 155 lbs fair?

Floyd is not retired. That's just a marketing scheme. And he held titles at 154 which is where the fight would take place.

Martinez, Cotto, and Canelo were all lineal 160 champions. Them not fighting GGG at 160 speaks volumes about them and the system.

  10. Canelo being BABY BOWE is not a myth.

155-157 is fair because Golovkin in return for having to cut 2-4 pounds would gain so much more than if he continues to fight bum of the month.

CANELO: That is what boggles my mind. FFS, fighting Canelo, even at a CW would do wonders for GGG.

-Easily the biggest payday of his entire career, probably ever
    -Biggest audience of his career
-Finally the opprtunity to have a name fighter that is actually considered GOOD on his resume
-His marketability would skyrocket if he wins, or even if he loses and makes a good account for himself

MARTINEZ: was shot and cashed out with Cotto. He had the option to get KTFO for peanuts against GGG or KTFO for his biggest payday against Cotto. He made the obvious choice.

COTTO: The way I look at his situation is that he's a fighter that has fought anyone and everyone, he's moved up, and moved down in weight chasing glory and has achieved it in most cases. He knew he KTFO a SHOT Martinez, and so he still needed to guage MW, he fights one of GGGs best opponents i Geale and KHTFO in better fashion.

Now he has to choose whether to fight GGG for peanuts or fight Canelo for a Mega-Payday. Do the math.

You keep parroting this but where's your source on GBP or Canelo wanting the fight at a catchweight? If they wanted it, why would Canelo vacate the title when there was still a week to negotiate before the purse bids? Canelo or GBP, they don't want the fight next, period. I don't know what happens next year, but for now this is the reality. You better just make piece with it.

There was still a week to go. They could've tried to get it done without vacating the title. Vacating when the purse bids ordered would be much more logical, It'd be easy to say "we're not okay with the mandatory split" yet they just couldn't wait, and there're no negotiations going on and we haven't heard anything from Canelo's team about wanting the fight ever since he dropped the title. GBP ain't making the fight next, that's very very clear to anyone unbiased. Regardless of the weight.

All that "I vacated the title to have more time to negotiate" was just a move to save face, which didn't work.

From what I read Canelo/ ODLH offered GGG a 90/10 split. WTF!!! Thats a simple way of killing negotiations from the get go and playing safe, you know. Now they can say, "see we offered him (GGG) the fight but he turned it down"..... Thats simply crazy, and any one can see that.
