I'm not sure what you are saying. Are you saying Pacquiao's chin is great because that shot was so unique and devastating that nobody could have taken it? Or are you saying Pacquiao's face first leap-in style made him vulnerable to a shot almost nobody gets hit with?
May need some more proof but Inoue could be a candidate. He had his jaw and eye socket broken and took some clean bombs and never went down. Monster punch, monster chin too

Part of having a "good chin" is not running face first into shots. The best guys usually don't. Ricky Hatton had the same issue. A tendency to leap at his opponents leading with his face. It is not rockem-sockem robots. It is not a game of standing there teeing off on each others face.
