He is still a free agent and the most popular baaaxer in thet US. Coupled with an unbeaten record and the ranking of people's champion he will be the hottest signing for any network. I have it on good authority he is waying his options with multiple offers are on the table. One of which is DAZN. The people's champ will decide soon. Baaaxing is holding its breath .
He's not that important. Clearly on the slide and getting older. Good for a couple of possible high profile fights, but that's about it.
Not even in a fair world, Canelo resume is stacked whether you think he won those GGG fights or not, his resume reads like a whose who of the JMW and MW division. I’m not a fan of the fact that you have to ko him to win or that he takes PEDs but the guy is value for money and has an entertaining style.
If they didn't sign Canelo then yes I would agree. However, it was Canelo they offered the $300m deal to and not Golovkin. Golovkin - if signed - will be their supporting act.
I'll translate, to ensure he gets the message;-- 'Thet graaamar police has got on a waaarant out for your your arrrest'
'Sarcastic'?!....It's barely decipherable or comprehensible. Cro-Magnon comedy will never catch on; and yes- the attempt at a valid point or opinion is a fail too.
Golovkin is one of the more expensive commodities out there. If he were as active(and cheap) as he was on HBO pre 2016, he would be a must have. But right now hes 36 and his career is winding down. DAZN can succeed without him. But he would be a really good addition.
GGG is still licking his wounds, my guess is once he feels 75% of himself he will announce a comeback and under what banner his next fight will be. I expect him to take a soft touch, that's for damn sure.
It depends how you define marketable. People love GGG and watch him to see him win. People only watch Canelo to see him lose. Canelo has followed the Mayweather blueprint and now he is the new Mayweather. Those are two kinds of marketability.
