They don't count Cuz ggg had to leave the country to get them .....what cut of those ppv's did he get also?

If he was a star he would have had brook coming to NY or LA to fight him....,it's really simple Loudon ...which suprises me since u strike me as a simple fellow

    It's not a great deal, and a rematch wouldn't be a given.

It doesn't matter what Canelo got against Cotto. No two fights are exactly the same. You guys really can't or won't appreciate the differences in circumstances.

What are you saying, that even if this fight grossed a 100 million, that Oscar's offer would be fair, on the grounds that Canelo was happy to accept his guarantee against Cotto?

Will that always be your measuring stick?

Canelo was young and had an opportunity to fight for a prestigious belt, against a guy on the decline who was never a MW. He had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Forget what Canelo did against Cotto and instead concentrate on the dynamics of a GG fight.

    More nonsense from you.

Why can't you just have a debate?

Why has GG got to be referred to as Bumlovkin?

Why are his fans referred to as Bumdog super fans?

Why are you fabricating nonsense such as: "he could turn down 100m...."

    It's just embarrassing.

It's now got to the stage where you're actually inventing scenarios to hate on him.

    What's wrong with you?

Just come have an actual debate with the rest of us.

Your measuring stick is "GGg is getting more popular with each fight and alot of threads get made about him in boxing boards....and all circumstances are different"....our measuring stick are numbers and facts .....I'll stick with the numbers and facts over your slanted opinion that ggg is so wildly popular based on threads being made about him on boxing boards lol....u realize he's got alot of threads and half of them are tearing him a new one for bad fights and not making good ones right?

This could potentially happen. But things could also go the other way for him.

    1. It proves that GG is gaining popularity.

    2. There aren't 30 threads per day regarding Floyd. Why are you telling lies? This site should be called: GGG-24.

    3. How can he have good fights if people won't fight him?

You might be right. But if they did, I'd bet that he'd easily surpass that figure.

U are hopeless....when I ignore u you'll pretend like "he won't debate with me see"...as usual...but anyone looking here can see u aren't sane enough for one .....u skip and jump am over the place ignoring facts and just say "ggg is really popular Cuz people talk about him on boxing boards"...lol

I already posed the question ....what wildly popular fighter u ever seen have trouble getting good fights in the us? lol....I'll wait

Kovalev don't bring big money and isn't wildly popular and he's getting fights

There are no negotiations here. A 10m flat fee 12 months out was a non -negotiable offer. The intent of that offer was to erect a wall Canelo and Hoya could hide behind.
Canelo will never go near GGG until the old age has visibly set in. He's blatantly a ducker . But then again so is Golovkin. He expects Canelo to do something he himself was not prepared to do in another similar situation.
Both these guys are a pair of jokes at the end of the day.

    Uppercut_Artist,

    You're living in a fantasy.

GG has not avoided fighting competitive fights.

Canelo hasn't got a lot of great options. He's about to officially move up to MW where GG is King. GG already has 3 belts and he looks to be fighting Jacobs next. Canelo's JMW days look to be over, and he can't fight beyond MW. Again, he could fight a Cotto or Brook type fighter. But what could he do afterwards if he was officially at MW but didn't fight GG? His only relevant fight would be BJS, if of course GG hadn't got to him first. Once again, if neither guy loses, once the other belt holders are taken out of the equation, he'd be at a dead end. If the fight doesn't happen, GG can target guys like DeGale, Jack, Groves and Smith etc at SMW. What would Canelo do? Fight guys that had already been beaten for vacant belts with his name forever tarnished?

    GG is a nobody.

    Really?

Well could you kindly tell me why you've dedicated all of your free time to hating on a nobody?

    Ha!

There's only one of us who needs a business class chief.

If you think $10m is a good deal from a fight that could do $70-80m plus, even though nobody else can generate as much money for Canelo at MW, then you are the DUNCE.

When you compare GG and Canelos ppv sales I mean what else do you need? 65-35 is fair. Can't knock Canelo by saying he needs a big name. And the "everyone is ducking GG" argument doesn't apply. Now I'm not saying that you're using that. When you do the math GG is actually worth less than 35%.

    I'm done with you now.

How on earth can we continue, when you say: "they don't count because he had to leave the country..."?

We were talking about how his popularity was on the rise.

I cannot believe you've just typed that.

    It boggles the mind.

I've tried to give you a chance, even though you've made countless hate threads and you've actually admitted you're not objective and you won't ever be. But it's just a waste of time.

Please put me back on ignore.

Yeah, you stick to facts and figures, but remember not to include the half a million purchases from the U.K. as they don't count.

    Ha!

    You absolute F*CKING SPASTICATED MORON.
