I'm a huge fan of Andre's and I'm telling you straight that that fight would have been very difficult to have been made considering the circumstances of both fighters.

Dominic Wade was a mandatory that he had to fight in order to achieve his goals of obtaining all of the MW belts.

Now you want him to go and fight Kovalev, when he's not a huge MW at 5'10, with a 70" reach? SMH.

You keep referencing Bernard, but when did Bernard ever fight a guy as dangerous as Andre or Kovalev when he was 34?

You know that he can't fight Canelo, Jacobs or BJS. You've even acknowledged that. It's extremely frustrating. But how is that GG's fault? It isn't. You can't make somebody fight you.

 

You said Ward stayed between 175 and 168 for 3G. There's no truth to that anywhere.

Eubank is a keep busy fight because the Canelo fight isn't happening.

Yes, he could have asked for a voluntary defence instead of Wade. But against who? Why? There was nothing wrong with clearing up a mandatory whilst Canelo fought Khan. At the time, he thought he was going to be fighting Canelo afterwards.

Stop with the Ward fantasy. He was never going to fight Ward instead of Wade. Why are you trying to convince yourself that Andre was sat there ready and waiting for him?

Yes, Bernard fought Kovalev at 50. He deserves a lot of respect. But he had no intentions of fighting guys of that magnitude when he was GG's age at MW.
