He was disappointing. Big size, power and age advantages and he couldn't impose himself on Cotto. The cards were too wide, it a 2 or 3 round win maximum. His workrate isn't high enough. He picks off some lovely single shots but rarely adds effective combinations. Loads up too much on punches too often and misses badly. His power also seems to be overrated, been saying that a while. Stamina is still a question mark, he needs to take long periods of relative inactivity. Only cut off the ring successfully on a handful of occasions. He fought like he was wary of Cotto's power, even though Cotto's punches seemed to have little effect on him. If he fought GGG like that he'd lose badly, and I'm far from GGG's biggest supporter.

Cards generally seem to be way off when it comes to Canelo fights, for whatever reason. Probably that his reputation and massive fanbase has a subconscious influence on judges.

what's the point of having good upper body movement defensively when your feet are cemented to the ring? Camelo will be a sitting duck for Golovkin
