froch is old and nearing retirement....and he was whooped by ward and dirrell even when he was nearer to his prime....

but at least it will be a step in the right direction for ggg...cause he aint done squat as far as im concerned

only haters do not give credit and will ALWAYS dig up some kind of excuse after a result does not go there way of thinking , true boxing fans with no bias will applaud the win if it was to happen .

the top 2 excuses GGG haters have on standby

    1. froch was over the hill and should have retired , he has still beaten nobody
    2. ok he won but is still running scared of canelo and cotto

expect to see these reactions at least 25,000 times across this forum after the fight

Do you give Pac credit for beating Oscar?

you give too much to the age thing....

    Froch 37
    GGG 33

Take a look on some of your current best champions : Floyd 38 , Wlad 39 ,Uchiyama 35 , Rigondeaux 34. they arent spring chickens.
If Froch trains hard and he comes in shape and doesnt gas for me its a great win for GGG.

    No. I don't.

But Pac is set though. Wins over prime Sasukul, Ledwaba, Barrera, Marquez, Margarito and Cotto have him locked in. And losing 7 rounds to 5 against prime Morales.

I'd say he's ok in the resume department.

Good point. Froch just KO'd Groves twice, very good opponent for Golovkin.
