GGG fans, tell me whats supposed to impress me about Golovkin?

    Or maybe they dont like the hype and praise Golovkin's getting lately. Instead of those TMT fighters like Adrien Broner, who I also love to watch and is an excellent fighter by the way.

    It's all good, gents. Boxing is buzzing. And Golovkin seems to have caught the people's attention.

    Dirrell's "win" over Golovkin took place in the US (Tennesse or Missori or some nowhere boxing place) with Andre winning by 1 point. At the Olympics a more neutral venue which we have film of Golovkin clearly won with a 5 point margin. Im going to go ahead and assume Dirrell's victory was a gift.

    Please explain how the slow, plodding, unathletic Golovkin outpointed the fast, athletic, slick Dirrell then? The video is out there and you can see that they're essentially the same fighters to this day.. Watch it and tell me how Golovkin won? That's your answer there, that's what you should be impressed by.

    Golovkin may be not have foot speed, but the footwork was excellent. He was cutting Rosado off with ease(albeit Rosado is a D level cannon fodder type) My only gripe is the lack of activity on his part. Could have had him out of there sooner if he put shots together more.

    His defense is not "solid". Its porous at best outright poor at worst. Rosado is the smaller man, yet was able to get inside and mess Golovkin up. Nothing about his defense says subtle, its mostly him blocking punches with his gloves. Now because of his long boxing background he can anticipate punches better than mos but his head movement is non existent and at the top level thats a death sentence, I don't care how powerful you are and frankly his power is overrated.

    Nope. He had massive swelling under both eyes. You could see the state of his face when HBO showed him calling his parents. He had a blood mouse, bloody nose, and swelling under both eyes.

    This done by an average LMW. Not impressed. You don't see elite operators getting punished by average fighters who are smaller

    I'd say half the top 10 middleweights have the tools to beat him given what I saw

    Explain how a C level light middleweight in Rosado was able to hit Golovkin so much in boxing that matters?

    This is what was said when i pointed out that Kessler too had no head movement.

    Play the race card when hyping these no head movement eurobums, not like Kazaksthan is even in Europe. :patsch
