I think this depends on the quality of opposition he gets to fight would love to see him against Cotto/Alvarez. But he has to do a lot of big fights in the next 3 years if he wants to be considered one of the greats.
his best win so far is vs lemieux. you can't really be fighter of the decade when your best win is now said to be "C+" level or "B" level. GGG could be the fighter of the decade though but not even close with his current resume.
