think about it logically. If the Mexican fans were really disowning Canelo, then surely with the overwhelming % of fans in the arena being Mexican, surely the boos would have been coming from everywhere throughout the arena right? Every section of the arena would have been booing, right?

If that were the case, then Max and Canelo wouldn't have been staring at a specific section of fans now would they?

These GGGoons will say anything to help their fragile self esteem. Obviously they know Canelo is the most popular fighter in the western hemisphere possibly the world. The only fans he is losing are haters who will hate anyone on top. These losers don't know what it is to be on top so they can't relate.

Canelo has his haters in Mexico, it comes with the territory, but the vast majority of fight fans in Mexico are proud of the former Ice Cream sales boy who started from the bottom and worked his ass off to be where he is at today.

Don't be fooled by these haters, Mexican fans don't abandon their fighters, they may be critical of them from time to time, but they always support them through good and bad.
