Who at MW brings more money? Cotto will never fight him and he knows it. Ward, Froch, winner of Dirrell-DeGale, Groves in the UK are all far bigger paydays than anything he's used to, or anything on the horizon. GGG is 33 and needs to be stacking and getting his paydays while he's still prime

Froch is not the only SMW that brings money. Andre Ward and Roc Nation bring multiple times what any MW besides Cotto does and then theres the other guys I mentioned.

Dirrell and DeGale alone are vastly more talented and better fighters than anyone for GGG at MW. Totally different class.

 

Laugh all you like but these guys are huge pay days compared to the chump change he's making agaainst the likes of Murray and Willie Jr.

I never disputed your final statement. But besides GGG there is nobody even close to elite at 160.

 

GGG is 33 years old, how long can hang around at 160 wasting his prime waiting for a payday that he may never get, when he could be securing much better money and making fights that actually enhance his legacy right now by moving up a division? If you think SMW will be such a cakewalk for Golovkin surely you would be encouraging him to make the move up? And stop acting like Ward is the only good money fight at 168.
