about 1/3 of Golovkin's pro opponents have quit, even Khomitsky, who is tough as nails. Monroe is about as goofy delusional as Rosado.
I thought Monroe was doing a good job up until the stoppage. He was still in the fight and still landing shots. The thing is, Monroe was also taking some big shots, and only he will know if he could've continued the fight. So by discontinuing, I can only assume Monroe give it his all and could not fight on. Even though he opted to pull the plug, I thought he gave a decent showing.
Are you suggesting that his opponents(apart from Murray) are top notch quality opponents?. If so, why does GGG open up as a 200/1 favorite against them and closes at 80/1?. If you're stupid, other people aren't.
Monroe should more durability and resolve than most. I agree, GGG is a will-breaker as much as he is a KO artists. Even man has their quitting point. In truth 80% of the time, fighters can get up but choose not to or rise at the count of 11.
GGG won't fight Ward... GGG won't fight anybody over 160lbs.. Now he wants to go down and make MOney because Cotto & Canelo want none of him... What's he supposed to do...??????????????
Hahaha. No ****ing way the Eubank brigade puts their money where their mouth is if this fight gets made.
I knew I shouldn't have been sperm donor for your mum... at least I didn't have to sleep with her. The pretty lil nurse ****ing it into a bucket was just fine.
Is english not your first language? Your reading comprehension is practically non-existent. We already established you can't follow simple rules of logic. Let me break them down for you, I am in a charitable mood today. 1. Ad hominem - you're trying to attack me instead of replying to the topic. done it twice now, very transparent and not particularly effective. 2. red herring : you bring up unrelated argument and try to divert the attention from the topic at hand (ie. I say his opponents quit, you say his opponents had poor betting odds coming in) 3. straw man : I am saying GGG opponents make excuses to not get up when fighting them. You pretend I said they were elite, and try to refute that statement, which I never said in the first place. As I mentioned earlier, I am in a charitable mood and I believe I could help you where your teachers failed you. Feel free to ask me any more of these questions, I will reply when I am able. As for the level of his opposition, I consider these top notch: Murray(2 times robbed of being a champion is still a champion in my eyes), Gaele (2 time world champion). I consider these near top notch: Rosado, Proksa, Rubio He is not fighting "elite" because the public understanding of elite is too narrow. People consider Ward, Mayweather elite, and the rest to be some chumps. It doesn't work like that. Every boxer has good days and bad days, winning streaks, great camps and plenty of time to prepare vs poor camps and no time (JMM comes to mind vs Pac and vs Floyd), mental states that affect results etc. There are many intangibles that people who never boxed fail to understand. Rubio is not elite but he was on a great winning streak and he broke down Lemieux, who was considered to be the heir apparent. Solid, durable B+ opponent that literally refused to beat the count just so he could avoid GGG's power.
