Hmmmm... Lets see, Alvarez is the current LINEAL champ and Cotto is the former LINEAL champ. 1 + 1 = 2
1. He will not move up to SMW, until he's either achieved his MW goals, or he's in a position where he can't get the fights he wants. But I realise the clock is ticking. But it's only like DeGale. He's not going to go to LHW until he's achieved his SMW goals. 2. A DeGale fight is completely unrealistic at this point. Neither guy would want to fight each other at this specific moment in time. Be realistic. Stop implying the fight's there if GG wanted it. It's not.
Click on the Transnational Rankings sticky thread at the top of the General forum and ask McGrain. I'm sure he'll be more than happy to explain why and how their ranks are credible...
I'd say he beat a jr mw.....ur acting like canelo is an atg....I'd still give Lil g credit for beating canelo ...just like if give him credit for beating lara.... I'm all good with Lil g fighting canelo if he wants to meet in Canelo's terms like a good boy.....just like Lara would have to go to 160 But let's not compare Lara to Rosado Tapia or alcine ......that's reaching plain and simple
:good He's in a tough predicament at the moment. How long does he leave things before he makes a decision? Personally, I'd give it another year. If he can't get BJS, Canelo or Jacobs in the ring, I'd like to see him move up. I'd love to see him fight Ramirez and DeGale, and Callum Smith should be up there with those two next year.
Even tho I've said id ive Lil credit for Lara 50 times...u all desperately harp on the time I said I wouldn't, tongue in cheek obvious joke, because u need that moment to feel like ur holding something over my head I've said at leaSt 50x I'd give him credit What I spew isn't hate....its truth ....u can't see it because it cripples your psyche ....others can see it....I'm not alone
True, but that was 3 years ago. His circumstances have changed. I'm not against a Lara fight. It's just that he shouldn't be criticised for not going out of his way to make it. You seem to think he should be doing all he can to secure the fight.
