I'd like to see their criteria, because the whole world knows that Canelo has given up his belt and is scheduled to fight Liam Smith. Until he commits himself to the division, he shouldn't be ranked at the weight. I could understand it if he'd yet to make a decision, but that's not the case.

Cotto is long gone. We know he's never coming back to fight at MW. A credible organisation would recognise that.

If that list has been updated, there's no justification for those guys to be included.

 

Degale I understand as he is the current number 1 in the division but Dirrell imo hasn't done anything of note since Froch and Abraham, two fights in which I thought he should have won against Froch and was obviously unlucky against Abraham.

 

They can't be credible if they've just been updated.

GG is now the WBC champ, and Canelo has gone back to JMW for his next fight.

So there's no way he can be listed as their MW champ.

 

Give me some realistic options of who would be better, who's also available.
