They box nothing alike. Calzaghe set a high pace which most fighters could only dream of doing against opponents.

I think the only comparison which can be made is many are critical of their resumes. Even though Calzaghe's resume is pretty underrated and pisses all over Golovkin's resume currently.

I think the unbeatable aura about the boxers are similar that being said.

I don't think Murray is/was better than a low level world talent. He was a very high level European boxer, and when he started fighting worldwide competition, with the exception of Sergio, didn't do as well..........

I do agree with you that it was too soon for Lacy to step in with Calzaghe. I never believed the Lacy hype. He couldn't box.

You are arguing with yourself as you wrote about how Lacy beat Reid but didnt know the reasons and all that happened before and during Calzaghes fight with Reid as he hadnt been watched by many (himslef included and I would guess you also).
Were you even aware of the glass in Calzaghes food in the lead up?

I think Lacy would have had problems if he Calzaghe fight hadnt of happened due to his shoulder problem removing his left hook
