I don't knock fighters for wanting to establish a dominant reign in their own division. I don't give Ward **** for not fighting Adonis and Kovalev, so I won't give GGG **** for not fighting Ward

I think the middleweight division is weak but that doesn't mean Golovkin is bad. He's clearly the best at 160 and hasn't even fought the top dogs yet, that speaks volumes on the division.

He is waiting, because he can't fight. Who should Loefler negotiate with ?

If he takes out Quillin I'll believe the hype, then if he cleans out 160, we can see if he can hang with Andre Ward.

I don't think anyone at middleweight can trouble GGG.

My hope is that he can get the Canelo-Cotto winner and clean out the division. Then, hopefully he can ply his trade at super-middleweight against Andre Ward. Obviously that would be a very difficult fight, but I think he’d have a legitimate chance at winning and it would afford him an opportunity to be looked at as more of an all-time great kind of fighter.

Slowly yes but that's only because half of the top middleweights won't fight him

    Great post :good

I think historically the MW and HW divisions are head and shoulders above the rest.

The only reason americans pretend that MW is weak,is because they don't currently have top talent there.it's not the strongest right now,but not the weakest also.
