GGG is so much better than Abraham it's not even funny

Just watch the Ward-Abraham fight. Abraham has no jab, no technique, no volume, doesn't cut off the ring, nothing. Abraham isn't even a boxer, I don't know what he is. Ward basically jabbed the sh!t out of him and that's how he won. Still, Abraham was able to hit Ward with his own jabs (when he did throw them) and other punches.

Ward doesn't have the reflexes of a prime Roy Jones or Pernell Whitaker. Why do people act like he can't be hit? If a fighter as slow and limited as Abraham can win a few rounds or a least make them close, a much more advanced fighter like GGG should be able to do more than that. People who think this Golovkin-Ward fight is some big mismatch in favor of Ward are in for a big surprise, in my opinion. Not necessarily saying that Golovkin wins but still, I'd expect him to do much better than someone like Abraham.

Against GGG, Ward would be jabbing with a jabber who has volume and is very good at cutting off the ring. Ward didn't fight inside much against Abraham, I wonder why not. Was he having Boone flashbacks? If he tries to smother Golovkin on the inside, I suspect he'll get that uppercut and then we'll see if his chin has improved since the Boone fight.

Nobody that knows anything, would ever think Arthur is even close to GGG's talent or style.

2012 A.A. starches GGG creeps on him in the late rounds and KO's his ass....

    End of story....

GGG ain't Ward ! And there's no way A.A. would have to deal with that kind of power or consistent work that has impact. GGG can unload shots, no doubt but Andre's work will hurt you every second of the round... you can have no time off.... no breaks....

Abraham fought very well for the first two rounds against Ward. He just couldn't maintain it and resorted back to how he usually fights. But make no mistake, Abraham never was champion by mistake. He has some good qualities, if not technical ones.

Of course there are a couple of simularities, but if you're going to compare style and talent they're suddenly miles apart.
It's like comparing Floyd with Bradley. Sure they're both bald, in shape, not too hard punching African Americans who swerve around the same divisions. But when you start to compare styles and talent the gap is about as big as comparing prime AA with GGG

True. Golovkin is a lot better than Abraham imo. I never rated Abraham even when he was knocking guys out at 160. Golovkin would be one of Wards best opponents.

Only thing Abraham might have over GGG is strength, he was strong as **** and because of that Ward never tried his smothering tactics on him. I think he'd try it with GGG given that GGG can box at range with Ward where his power is so dangerous there. On the inside Ward has a weight and size advantage to use on GGG.

I never thought much of Abraham .

A good puncher with an Insane chin , but that's about it .

And yes Ward can be hit , its not impossible to land a glove on him .

    Ask Darnell Boone .
