Russian dissolution of the Soviet Republic he became an Asian Kazach even though his father was a full blooded die hard Russian who emigrated to Kazach SSR(Soviet Socialist Republic) back in the early 70's. The Golovkin name is famous in Russia, A Russian statesmen, world class skater share his name.
