Neither have I, but the trolling is so out of hand, it was just a matter of time.

Would I agree with him!?, boy, I've never been more insulted in all of my virtual and realistic lives combined. I didn't even have to read the rest of your post, the first five words took care of business.

    Thats' really unfair to say.

Golovkin is one of the most decorated amateur boxers in the history of the sport. His style has translated very well professionally, and he's done a terrific job in the fights he's been in up to this point. He also shows much better technical ability than Pavlik ever did, and his defense i'd rate to be better. I'd also favor GGG's overall power, but Pavlik was no slouch in that department in his own right. I thought Kelly took on the superior competition by a landslide and showed tremendous heart and resiliency in certain fights, but skillset wise, I'd favor Gennady.

Aside from actual boxing ability, what stands out to me the most as being the most glaring difference between them is their lifestyles outside of the ring. Gennady doesn't lead the sedentary lifestyle that haunted Pavlik for years and effectively ended his career way too early.

Kelly had a chance to be a special fighter at 160, but his substance abuse issues and that unfortunate fight with Hopkins pretty much ruined the remainder of his career (with Martinez putting the finishing touches to ending it.)
