Good way to judge GGG power is using George Groves, Murray and Froch.

George's power easily proven by what he did to granite Froch and Froch now openly admitting he is a big puncher (after playing it down for passive aggressive purposes for a while). Froch tactically boxed Groves in part 2 because he was very wary of him. Rare for Froch.

Murray fought GGG and Groves and claimed Groves had some advantage in the straight right but in other punches GGG matched or had more power.

Therefore we can say GGG is comparable to a big punching supermiddle in power. Also Groves had rib cracked by GGG in sparring, big gloves, Groves with lots of fat on him to cushion blow. The power is real. The skills are real. The chin is real. The fear is real. The ducking of him until post prime was real. The first Canelo fight corruption/cheating against him was real.

The psychological trauma GGG has caused a certain genetic cluster is legendary, second only to the Klitschko domination! The face of Curtis Stevens moments after the left hook will forever exemplify this.

I also think them fights matured Groves, got him thinking far more. Froch was a favourite of mine, but I always felt he was fighting a Groves that was missing a piece in his repertoire, maturity.

lol , i guess you have never boxed before if you believe excess blubber allows you to take a better body punch.

Groves and fat and out of shape , thus his body was unconditioned and not strong enough to adsorb the power of the shot. Had he been in proper shape , with a strong core , he mightn't have sustained a cracked rib.

A shopworn Ouma ate how many flush shots from Golovkin? A prime Ouma went down from a shot by Karmazin. Does that make Karmazin a huge puncher
Having a layer of pudge cushions the force of the blows to your internal organs. Even an out of shape boxer has a well conditioned abdominal group. You don't lose the ability to take shots to the body in the few months between bouts, and if you add a layer of fat to that it adds protection. Fat dudes take body shots real well, because there is blubber padding under the skin

By 2007 Oscar had gone through half a dozen weight classes and had been fighting top level competition in tough competitive fights for well over a decade.

GGG started fighting top level opposition in his first weight division just last year.

Nowhere near the same amount of wear and tear.

Ye but didn't you say that Nathan Cleverly would beat Hopkins, Kovalev & Dawson? Or Spike O sullivan would beat Canelo Alvarez? Or CEJ would beat Golovkin? Where you drunk? You're an old pungent drunk who pretends he owns nightclubs online because in the real world you claim universal credit benefit. Your life is obviously a huge failure & so is your post history... You're an old man now, & you're bothered about 'alt accounts' on a sports forum!! You don't own a nightclub & you're too old to be living your life & making up a fictional life online now.. 'alt account' i am pishing myself that you're even bothered by this stuff at your age let alone memorizing forum accounts... Can't you get a job? & stop pretending to be a boxer, hitting the heavy bag at the weekly weight watchers meeting down at the mosque doesn't count!

Clear 115-113 GGG. Will be wider this time too..

Might be true, might not. He floored Adama with a jab so depends who he is sparring. It's sparring either way so, it means very little.
