Total BS post. Man, you have some grudge against GGG. The guy KO's everyone and after he does they call they guy he beats a bum. He has done it his whole career. Everyone put in front of him he KO's. Now he is 35 and he doesn't KO a guy who came in 20+ pounds over the legal limit and guys like you say he was never that good. GGG clearly is one of the best fighters in the history of the middleweight division. Never been stopped, never been hurt, yet you can't throw him a bone. You clearly don't like the guy. You have a clear bias and can't think straight regarding him.

Who do I hate ?? No one other than pedophiles , murderers, rapists & woman beaters. As far as boxing goes I merely give my honest opinion for what its worth. Last nights fight was close I gave it to GGG 115-113 Was impressed by Jacobs he deserves a rematch

The division he's in is weak that means something. Had he been doing this at 175 or 147 divisions loaded with talent it would mean something. Koing guys like wade stevens and Murray doesn't mean much no one at 160 other than ggg would be ranked in the top 30 p4p that right there tells you everything you need to know.

The top guys did run from him though - whether he's not as good as most people thought/think he was/is, what we do know is he did terrify a whole division who were too afraid to call his bluff and try to expose him during what should have been his athletic prime.

What's hilarious - to me at least - is that Golovkin's rep scared off top opposition when it appears he may have been hugely overhyped whilst Wilder's team have deliberately kept him away from anyone good and he might surprise us all and turn out to be the divisions number 1 who shouldn't of been held back for so long! Now that would be a turn up.

He is 35 now. Boxers are typically in their prime at around 28. He has destroyed the MW division and controlled it his whole career. I watched Hagler, I watched Hearns, I watched all of these guys. I think the Hagler fight would have been the most interesting. Neither would have taken a backwards step and they both can bang. Leonard may have beaten GGG because he may have been able to stay away, hit and move, but it would not have been as entertaining as Hagler. That would have been a heck of a fight, when both were in their prime.

He terrified the division because it was full of no hopers. Had he done this at 147 or 175 I wouldn't have anything to say but 160 has no one worth a damn fighting in it.

Wilder needs to step up his rematch with Stiverne is a farce. He needs to fight joshua Ortiz wlad somebody. If he continues this he deserves all the **** he gets.

I'm not so sure it was, Quillin, Jacobs, Lee, Korobov, Sturm, Sergio, BJS, Chavez Jr and a host of others would have been competitive in any era IMHO and may have upset the likes of Pavlik or Taylor who ruled over divisions much less criticised.

So you think El Pollo Canelo isn't worth a damn now then ? LOL But to be fair no one knows what division Fidhnets lil cherub is officially in. Fishy says " His body isn't ready for 160 & GGG but his next façade is at 164 against Chavez jr "

I find it funny that when it looked like GGG Jacobs wasn't going to happen all the GGG fan boys said it doesn't matter Jacobs has a glass jaw he was dropped by feather fisted Mora KO'd by Pirog (who according to some GGG fan boys retired to avoid GGG) Now they are pumping Jacobs up as some monster. We can all see now why GGG didn't want it with Andre Ward at 168 it would have been embarrassing LOL.

I couldnt help but notice this post on page 1.

So apprently ggg at 34 isnt "getting old" when he gets tagged multiple times by a welterweigh brook but at 35, the minute he fights someone his own size with a pulse, all of a sudden hes past it?!?

Everyone made a million excuses claiming ggg was the "most avoided fighter" to justify his terrible resume. He has a rough night with jacobs and goes the distance for the first time in a long time and now all of a sudden hes enttled to cherrypicking because hes old all of a sudden?

Not fighting canelo would be stupid af. Call their bluff and accept their ridiculous demands. If youre so bad, prove it. Beat his ass and takeover as ppv king like mayweather did to oscar. HE CANNOT AFFORD TO BE PICKY.

If ggg were to die in a car crash tomorrow no sensible boxing historian would have him in their top 5 middleweights of all time. He doesnt get a pass for actually looking human and beatable. The fact it took this long for people to realize it means he has had some terrible career management (as far as promotion and matchmaking goes). No, he shouldnt slow down, if he truly cares about his legacy he should continue trying to fight the best fighters out there. Otherwise he will be remembered as a minor blip in the division who had exciting fights against mostly forgettable competition--but could have been an ATG if things were different.

That's how I see it. Hes past it, slowing down now....Canelo wouldn't of beat him 3/4 yrs ago. Now I have no confidence he comes out the winner. Hes looking tired

Still seeing all this Brook exposed BS. He won a single round and got stopped in the 5th, don't be ridiculous.
Jacobs boxed extremely well and was smart is ditching the IBF weigh in. Jacobs made a close fight with Golovkin (I thought GGG won. The people who thought Jacobs won are exactly who I expected to think that) because of his athleticism and movement...those are two traits which Canelo does not have. It's crazy to give Canelo an advantage using skillsets he does not have.
