But I don't see this fight happening,, but if it happens.. I had this feeling GGG will lose to Mayweather....
I have a feeling this fight has zero 0% chance of being mentioned on a real level.. hate you admit it but this would resemble when Camacho beat the hell out of srl, srl looked like a phucking bum. OK ok fmj isn't capable of performing that poorly against anyone. I just don't want to see this joke of a fight
Would be a wide UD for Mayweather but because of the size difference, the fight would be similar to Mayweather/Baldomir which was a less than exciting clinical boxing showcase.
This fight is complete fantasy. However I think GGG has the perfect style to actually beat Floyd. No one will ever outbox him the middle of the ring the only way to win is to trap Floyd on the ropes. GGG has the best body attack and is a master at penetrating defensive shells when he has opponents backed up to the ropes. If he can trap Mayweather he could potentially get him out of there. Look at the success maidana had GGG is on another level.
Exactly this. At 154 Golovkin is going to be a mummy, regardless of what Sanchez (with $$$ signs in his eyes) says. At 160 Golovkin murders him. But I'm thinking Floyd is too smart and has too much clout to ever go near a 160 match with GGG. And frankly, rightly so. But that doesn't mean that I want to see the corpse of Golovkin get potshotted for 12 rounds.
36 have tried and 36 have failed. Floyd has lost a couple of times but he paid the judges to get the decision
I seriously doubt this. GGG is not afraid to get hit. Mayweather wouldn't even give Margarito the time of the day and GGG is far more dangerous than Margarito. I didn't like GGG's performance against Brook, but he did show that he will street fight if he has to.
Absolutely no chance this fight eventuates. In all honesty, for fantasy sake, if this fight was ever to be made I think Mayweather would have great success tagging GGG at will. It would be an absolute snoozer though. Not because Floyd would make it boring, but he would have to put on a clinic of moving, potshotting and covering up. The reason I don't ever see this fight being made is not just because of the weight, but naturally GGG is a far bigger guy. If Floyd cant clinch at will, hold and tire GGG, then he would struggle to keep GGG's attack at bay for 12 rounds. With the physically bigger fighter with a granite chin, Floyd would struggle massively with avoiding hard shots as GGG pressed forward walking through his shots. A full fledged, re hydrated GGG drops Floyd with body shots. That is where weight comes into it. It doesn't matter how good you are at outboxing your opponent if size is too big a deal. See Khan Vs Canelo for example. Khan did incredibly well against Canelo, but it only took 10 seconds to end the fight.
