Kovalev has more of a chance of beating Ward than Golovkin does .

 

Both have a chance. Anything can happen in Boxing.
The odds say neither will doe.

 

Kovalev is probably the easier fight. Slower and less skilled, IMO. All he has is a few pounds on Ward and that overrated power.

If the fight gets made, Hopkins is gonna systematically deconstruct Kovalev.

 

If Ward comes back , Hes going to have to fight either one of them . He can avoid one of them but not both of em

Not many other big money fights out there for him tbh .

 

Even if Kovalev manages to scrape by B hop , he could STILL be ruined mentally .

That's one of the many dangers in facing B hop . W/L/D it never ends well for you .

 

I'll bet on Ward's return he'll make short work of and dispatch 3G, and take another fight or two at SMW before moving to LHW and facing and beating Kovalev. By that time either Kovalev or Stevenson or both will have all four belts and Ward will have a quick and easy path to becoming LHW unified champion.

 

I would love to see Ward accomplish all of that . I would have such tremendous respect for him .

 

No way in hell does Kovalev get past Hopkins and Stevenson without an L. Not gonna happen.

Isn't it amazing that even with Ward being inactive for 1 whole year that TripleGoon is still not even close to Ward's accomplishments.

At this rate Ward could sit out another two years and his resume would still be better than 3Goon's.
