Or even Chavez Jr, who has a NAME. All those guys are well respected in boxing, have big names. The Murrays-Geales-Macklins are decent but not superstars like the ones I listed GGG needs to fight one of those guys next, PERIOD. K2 needs to step it up.
1.Froch has one fight left and doesn't want to fight GGG 2. ward hasn't fought in a year and a half and will want 2 tune up before he fights GGG so he can't fight him for another year 3. Cotto doesn't have the ***** to fight GGG 4. Canelo won't be aloud fight GGG by golden boy but i think he would take the fight
He'll fight Canelo for sure at some point The Cotto fight is possible too The Ward fight probably will happen as well Just a matter of time
not really, GGG destros opponents canelo looked clueless with lara's movement and even trout to an extent canelo and ggg are pretty much the same size to canelo should fight a guy hi own size
No Canelo's win over Lara was a farce but resumes are judged by names and Canelo's W over Lara is better than any W that Golovkin has head to head I heavily favor Golovkin though
The win over Lara is disputed. Also, you want to talk about opposition? Canelo has stepped up 3 times....Trout/Lara/Floyd. Spanked against Floyd. Close win over Trout and a razor close win over Lara. Golovkin has been champion for a few years and has murdered everyone he faced. Geale, Macklin, Rubio, and Murray were all top notch fighters. I'm not saying Golovkin has better wins outright. But let's not act like Canelo is some elite fighter. He is 24 years old and believe it or not, still relatively untested. He hasn't started facing good competition until 2 years ago with 40+ fights under his belt already.
I don't rate Canelo as highly as Golovkin and I do think Golovkin would beat him Still want to see the fight though Canelo is better than the guys that Golovkin has beaten
