    its true that we should call canelo a likely cheat, rather than say 100% he is. He didnt actually perform WITH the drug in him, so hes not actually cheated, just attempted to.

    Like roy jones and vitali. It is just possible a mistake was made by these individuals, but not likely.


    Whereas Toney , its clear he cheated.
