Your idea of a "real" debate is how many of DLH and Clanelo's balls are dangling in your mouth.

I prefer that fighters speak in their native language and use a translator than to sound like idiots when interviewed.

Hes getting older and more wary because his speed has dropped off. Still the best 160lb fighter past prime though

GGG isn't playing good guy anymore.

He wont just make Canelo a "good boy", he will end Canelo's career on SEP.

I think Golovkin has realised he's pretty much as big as he's going to be and no longer seeking to 'crack America' like he was when he was younger and still trying to establish himself in a division that didn't want him in it.

Now as he heads into to tail end of his boxing career he wants to focus on winning a fight against a much younger champion knowing that the cards are probably already against him. And I don't knock Canelo for speaking Spanish. He's Mexican and not speaking English is his choice.

GGG simply got tired of being confused with Borat.

The words that were translated were unpleasant and dirty.

Calling a fighter "dirty" doesn't necesarily mean it is referring to a failed test. Dirty could be a way to describe unexpected tactics of an opponent experienced during a fight. Calling Canelo unpleasant doesn't really make any sense, I doubt you'd find anybody that would describe Canelo as unpleasant (as a person). That's why I'm thinking it must have been referring to Canelo's in-ring fight style, and how difficult he is to fight.

If you fight somebody who is highly skilled, and you're getting hit too much, you're getting frustrated, typically you could use those words to describe an opponent who fought you tough, got in some shots that maybe you didn't see coming, moved away too much.

If you didn't approve of an opponent's tactics you could call a fighter unpleasant if he didn't engage enough, or used lateral movement too much, or gave you looks you aren't used to seeing in an opponent. You could call a fighter dirty if you think the way he fights is "cheap" or isn't how you should fight. (like how Abel Sanchez and GGG want Canelo to stand in front of him in the rematch and not use his outboxing skill)

What is it that GGG is actually saying or what he believes about Canelo versus what his handlers are putting out as translated quotes in press releases.

Wouldn't arrogance be more like pretending that you understand and speak english and attempting to speak english in interviews instead of speaking in your native language through a translator?

So let me get this straight : Canelo's arrogant for not trying to pretend like he speaks english when he doesn't, but GGG isn't arrogant for pretending to speak english when he doesn't. Let be real, GGG was conducting interviews in English where he would be asked a question and he only gave a generic answer. GGG was giving off the impression that he knew how to speak english. GGG during that time really had very limited knowledge of what questions he was being asked, but he played it off and responded basically with catch phrases of broken english.

If Canelo's so arrogant for not speaking english, then what does that make GGG to now all of a sudden start taking Canelo's approach? GGG has made a decision to be more like Canelo and speak in his native language.

Umm ... El Cyclon? That Mexican meat has affected his eyesight.

Mind you, he confuses Trump with Borat too.

    And the Queen.

    And frogs.

.... yeah he needs an optometrist, bad.
