Nothing to do with big... It's about $$$ if he's going to move up and Ward doesn't bring that.

He saying it's too big of a risk with not enough reward...which is probably true. But, if he moves up and beats Froch easily, there's not really an excuse. He would sort of be in the same situation Cotto is in.

    :nod

He wouldn't be lineal like Cotto unless they for some reason decided GGG was the #2 contender in the division in his first ever fight there. And Ward wouldn't be his mando yet. But the situations still would not be entirely dissimilar.

Right. He would not be in any way obligated to make the Ward fight. But, the public demand for it would increase and be more justified.

Loefler said recently that if Lara is ready to fight at 160, they will look at that option. The problem is that HBO may not want to approve Lara as a Haymon fighter and a fighter who ran for 12 rounds against Canelo.

... and of course if Froch option is on the table, Lara stands no chance.

Golovkin is Cotto's mandatory and he wants that fight, he earned it...............Golovkin also wants to fight Alvarez, then perhaps Ward if Ward can get the money, but Golovkin will not fight Ward in Ward's home town with Ward's personal referee, judges, boxing commission and only 2,000 fans at ringside. SOB wants huge money and wants Golovkin to fight for nothing............When SOB Ward was asked if he would fight Kovalev, Ward said that Kovalev was too big for him yet he was a light heavyweight as an amateur. SOB Ward also refused to fight Stevenson..................so, who is Ward fighting? Never heard of him, a bum, of course......................Also, Ward said he would easily beat Klitschko, yet he refused to sign a contract, wonder why?

    How stupid are you??

Defending his belts at 160 is his Job.. Going to 168 would mean fighting out of 160, so it would only make sense for a big Money fight... understand now???

I bet you dont do.. Hater!

You're entitled to that opinion but I personally don't think any fighter should be obligated to fight at a certain weight class. If GGG fights Froch at 168 because the risk vs reward adds up, beats him but decides he wants to continue fighting at his natural weight, I wouldn't blame him.

If GGG decides to permanently move to 168 but avoids Ward (assuming Ward is fighting at 168 and is willing to give GGG acceptable terms) then that is not a good look.

EVERY fighter considers risk/reward; it's the hypocritical fans that think otherwise.
