GGG once again admits he is not ready to fight ward

Why would he bother? GGG is the bigger name, Lara should move up if he wants to fight GGG.

Mayweather is the biggest name in boxing. It's a huge payday and the most exposure GGG could ever hope for. Lol at criticizing his team talking this up. Even if they know the fight will never happen associating his name with Mayweather is good for business.

Well, why bother moving up to fight #2 p4p Ward with no draw when he has fights to make at MW or possibly 154? Plus Ward is clearly in tune up mode anyway. He probably wouldn't even take a Golovokin fight this fall.

Move up? ...to where Mayweather already holds the WBC and WBA titles? Eh, I really can't wait for you guys to defend GGG from having to defend his titles should he happen to snatch at SMW belt. Can't. ****ing. Wait.

The currently recognized MW lineal champion. GGG fights at MW...how dare he!!!! Cotto is also a big draw. I mean, if you were GGG can you honestly tell me you wouldn't ask for the Cotto fight? Seriously?

Because Mayweather can't fight over-rated can-crusher GGG at 154 but can take on the current MW champ Cotto (who he already beat). Clearly, TBE.

 

Ward would not look bigger than Sergey. Ward's last reported fight night weight is 176 while Kova's is 190.

LOL, you clown. I love how you keep ignoring the fact that a Lara fight at 154 means absolutely nothing compared to a Mayweather fight at 154. I mean, you realize 48-0 Money Mayweather ("TBE," biggest PPV star in boxing) is a bigger name than 20-2-2 Lara, right? Can you see why Golovkin might be motivated to make 154 for Mayweather and not for ANYONE ELSE?

Ward didnt move up to LHW, if he moves up, unlikely though, he will make the adjustment and he would not look smaller than Kovalev. He is way too bigger than GGG.

 

GGG should just answer that stupid question by saying "Yes, I'm waiting for Ward to come down to middleweight and fight me".

But GGG isn't the most intelligent person in the world.

It seems similar to me with Ward and Golovkin.
I dont think Golovkin wants to go up and fight the top SMWs and I dont think Ward wants to go up and fight the top LHWs, but I get the impression Ward would be interested in a Golovkin fight who is at a lower weight to him and get the impression Golovkin would be interested in a Canelo fight who is at a lower weight to him

 

GGG will fight 2 more times before Ward is finished with his tune ups lol
