    Based on what?

here's the things guys. oddsmakers are not fans of the sport. Chavez jr is a high profile name, many many casuals dont know GGG still these days. his last fight was in Monte Carlo not on U.S. tv. all that adds up bro.

Thats the reason why i feel u can make tons of money betting boxing, they have no Idea.

Who in there right mind would've made Lomo a 7-1 favorite with only 1 pro fight and Salido the champ??? It's Ludacris and im not talking the rapper :lol:

Alexander -700 against Porter? CRAZY!! They have no Idea how to handicapp boxing. they go by the name and who they think the public is gonna bet so they make them a massive favorite.

Chavez jr will get 95% of the money, espcially in vegas where theres alot of Mexicans. so to make him a underdog is the stuip thing the Casino's can do. put that with GGG never fighting at the weight, im sure GGG will be an underdog. and if somehow he was a favorite it will be the slighest favorite ever, and the line will move dramatically once tons and tons of money come on Chavez Jr

I dont give a damn about sparring :patsch:patsch

Chavez jr has limited skills at best, hasnt beat a top fighter his whole career, has no defense, has no chance against GGG. weight will barely mean anything. Like I said if weight was a factor would have at least won 2 rounds against Martinez

DLH over PAC was a no brainer at the time.....you recall Manny was coming up in weight leap frogging an entire weight class to fight the much bigger DLH.

It wasn't just LV that made Oscar the overwhelming favorite.....it was the entire world who felt Oscar would destroy Manny. So you are calling a lot of boxing experts and analysts "dumb" for thinking PAC was in over his head against DLH.

People were actually boycotting the fight and painted Oscar as a bully for picking on PAC in replacement of The rematch with Mayweather.

Leaning towards GGG myself but Chavez is a big dude who is very strong himself. Good luck with your bet.

I'm not saying bookies haven't got it wrong, but, generally, they're not idiots and they do their homework. I really doubt in this case that Chavez will be made favourite.

Maybe thats why i win 90% of my boxing bets because i break it down more then others.

In that fights case. DLH hadnt beat anybody good in forever! Mayorga sorry ass doesnt count. Had he had never fought at WW since late 90's, hadnt fought a southpaw in forever, and i almost always favor speed over size any time of the year.

I guess i was right and the so called experts were wrong :good

had pac with 8th rd KO at 40-1!! $20 to win $820 just on that bet, man that was awesome. Feel even better with GGG over Chavez jr

Might have to disagree here. GGG has got a lot of hype in the last year, and the bookies while often getting boxing odds wrong, will at least notice that in JCC's last 3 fights, hes been beaten up by Martinez and struggled twice against an unheralded fighter..

The only problem with that is two things.

GGG has been getting hype but his last fight wasnt even on U.S. TV, that will be a factor, trust me

2nd. Chavez jr was still -1000 or so against Vera in the rematch, knowing that vera won the first fight. so they could care less. they need to know whos the money going on. there will be 10x more bets on Chavez jr then GGG, maybe even 20x so they would be a fool to make him a underdog
