GGG PROTECTING HIS RIGHT HAND SIDE! Ribs or Liver?

    Obvious throuout the fight GGG wasnt throwing his right hand. His elbow stuck firmly besides his ribs. He fought one handed for a reason. He had something wrong on his right side. Before the fight i heard he had damaged ribs, the his face looked a bit sick before the fight, and a swolen liver could be the cause.

    Either way, GGG was a one handed fighter, protecting his right side, and no one noticed!!! Not one commentator noticed!! They all said he was too scared of Canelos speed to throw his right!! GGG isnt glove shy. Hes never been knocked down. He aint scared of ****. He WOULD however, protect damaged ribs or a swolen liver!!

    Anyone else notice this ?

    He very rarely let his right hand go, but I just read that as his defence against Canelo wanting to exploit the body where Murata had success, as opposed to anything else.

    GGG was very tentative and threw very little power shots - maybe there was something there, but he seemed fine after the fight

    He was happy after the fight. Like he had achieved some sort of success. NOT how he should be! He obviously was happy to just get through the fight. I really believe he was wounded coming into this fight. Something wasnt right. He fought a one handed fight, like it was a plan. His corner should have been telling him to throw right hands... but they didnt. They KNEW.
    When GGG did throw a token right hand, it was a lead right hand without power. I remember only 1 right hand with power on it, then it was quickly beside in ribs..

    Yeah, another reason he would go ahead with the fight injured.. also, if one believes in conspiracies; Why Canelo didnt target his body like he absoultely should have considering GGG has been hurt there in recent fights. Why didnt Canelo target the body? Was he aware of the injury? Was there an agreement for the fight to go ahead even though GGG was injured just to get the big payday each?

    I'm not sure, but Canelo was going for the KO early on from what I saw.

    Golovkin did look sickly all week though.

    My 1st thought on seeing him tonight was he looked sickly in the face. Couple that with him protecting his right side, that would mean the liver?

    Possibly or some type of injury that we weren't privvy to.

    Both men are declining quite fast IMO.

    Golovkin has looked vulnerable to the body for a while now, his tell his quite clear, definitely a weakness of his which is surprising to me.

    Yes. Absolutely disabled GGGs offence. Couldnt use his right hand as he needed it to keep his right side of the body safe. What gets me is he fought one handed and no one even noticed!!
