    In other words we got the real AJ versus Ruiz. And Ruiz is better than AJ on a level playing field. For the record I don't doubt a thing GGG is saying, only gripe I have is that it inadvertently undermines Ruiz's win, which I don't think was Golovkin's intention. For the record even if he is on roids in the UK, they might buy him two or three more rounds, his gas tank is that bad, all it takes is for an opponent to push the pace a little, and sooner or later he's running on empty.

    Very good point. The Saunders scandal completely passed my mind.

    It's very important because it shows how much UKAD condone and co-sign steroid use for their fighters.

    Disgusting organisation. Should be classified as pro-doping.

    i agree. hitting develops other things as well, that help to hit even harder. every time you punch, inertia pulls on the muscles when your fist stops, which pull on the ligaments and tendons. your body reacts to this stimulus in much the same manner that muscles respond to work. they get stronger, denser, stiffer, which in turn aids in the transfer of energy by eliminating any wobble or vibration in the arm on impact.
