GGG says he will fight Ward at 168 when he is a PPV fighter

    This post was less than a year after I went to cheer and support Triple G at Stubhub in 2014.

    The moment when I went from being a GGG fan to start questioning his competitive spirit. I was spot on. 3.5 years later he still avoiding the hard fights. What a disappointment he turned out to be.

    Ward sent Golovkin an offer in 2015 for a fight in 2016 with a 50/50 split.

    Golovkin's team rejected the offer immediately. Reason being, well ONE of the reasons was that Golovkin had a bigger PPV audience. lol

    Golovkin went on to sell 97k-150K PPV, Andre Ward went on to sell 160k-165k PPVs.

    No one in their right mid would have given Ward a 50-50 split. At the time, Ward made even DW look like the Golden boy of drawing! Dude could barely sell at home. Ward wanted 'On' the 3G popularity train.

    In the end, Ward got what he deserved draw wise. His style was not entertaining. His career high paydays come from both the krusher fights, with the first being a robbery and the 2nd leaving a nasty taste in the fans mouths. Glad he retired. Whereas GGG went on to sign for the big bucks due to his fan friendly style.
