He wouldnt lose to Ward because Ward is bigger, it be massive skill gap that does him in.

So why do you think GGG should move up and fight someone that is not only bigger than him but also much more skilled?

Size plays a big part, if Ward was a middlweight GGG could use attributes like strength and power to his advantage, but since Ward is bigger, he probably is just as strong if not stronger than GGG. GGG's power will also not be as effective against him because of the size, so Ward won't have as much to worry about as other middleweights.

Not even if I was heavily sedated.

Why not? He ranks higher than Pacquiao ATM. In fact, Froch has proved himself against every fighter.

So if I have it right it's unfair for him to move up ?

Despite p4p lists being subjective, I think we can be fairly certain that an educated consensus of boxing fans would posit 5 fighters ahead of Froch.

The argument I see frequently is whether he sneaks into the back end of the top ten or not.

to become great, he could take and beat/win this very risky fight in froch or he could take the safe route and make a career of fighting guys he is supposed to beat.

if froch wants it, i think he should take this fight.

Man, Bute was KO'd by GGG in amateurs. That doesn't make him better.

Its the only way he gets big fights at this point. He's 31 and it isnt much at middle weight. If he wants to be considered great he has to fight some of those better fighters at 168.

If he is as good as people say then size wont matter.

I don't think it's the only way he gets big fights. Froch and Ward aren't even really big fights. Froch and Ward are hardly big PPV type fighters. Martinez, Chavez Jr and Canelo are probably bigger fights.

Why should Froch rate higher than Bradley? For getting beat up by Kessler and Ward and beating a Romainian/Canadian hype job? at least Bradley beat a (arguably 2) p4p top 10 ranked guy(s).
Rigondeaux beat the best guy in his division who was also a p4p top 10 ranked guy. I don't think Froch has ever done that.
Alvarez best win over Trout is no worse than Froch taking two attempts to beat Kessler.
Golovkin hasn't fought many big names but is comparable to Froch imo because he is also a world champion, is seen by many as the best in his division (whereas Froch is not) and seems to have, in a p4p sense, more speed, power, technical ability and a better defense than Froch
